Our Fairfield wedding package includes a host of special touches that will make your special day one that you and your guests will treasure forever.

Our All-Inclusive Fairfield Package Includes:
• Exclusivity of the entire hotel and our landscaped gardens for your ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening reception
• Reception drink
• Three course wedding breakfast – you choose the starter, main and dessert
• A glass of sparkling wine for the toast
• Half a bottle of house wine per person
• Evening refreshments
• Traditional cake stand and knife
• White table linen and napkins
• Master of Ceremonies
• Breakfast in bed on the morning of your wedding*
• Special accommodation rates for your family and friends
• Dedicated Wedding Coordinator to help plan and organise your day *If choosing to stay at the hotel the night before the wedding

Summer (April – September)
• £4,200 following a church ceremony
• £5,450 including a civil ceremony

Winter (October – March)
• £3,950 following a church ceremony
• £4,950 including a civil ceremony

The above costs are based on 40 guests, however this can be increased for up to 80 day guests and 120 evening guests.

Booking Procedure
If you choose to hold your civil ceremony with us, please note the package does not include the cost of the registrar, celebrant or marriage license. To book a civil ceremony at Cragwood the booking procedure is as follows.

We would first ask that you check that the hotel has availability on the required date. If the date is available we can provisionally hold this for you for up to seven days. You would then need to check that the registrar has availability on the same date and at a time which is suitable to the hotel and yourselves. If this is available you would then make a booking with the registrar and then confirm back with the hotel. At this point the hotel would take a £1,000 non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. We would also require you to sign and return a copy of our terms and conditions.
