From the moment you book with us, we want to make planning your wedding as stress-free as possible. Our Wedding Coordinators are on hand to help guide you through the world of weddings.
Tegan began her journey with Lake District Country Hotels part time on weekends whilst studying at college in 2021 at Briery Wood, she then came back in 2024 as Assistant Wedding Coordinator working alongside Sarah at Briery Wood. She then took a promotion and joined Merewood as Wedding Coordinator in May 2025 where she now works alongside Rhiannon to lead couples through their wedding planning up to their big day with a wealth of knowledge and passion.
Top tip: Have fun and don’t take it too seriously! Weddings are about celebrating you, make it your own and get creative with your ideas. Don’t stress about every fine detail of your day, just enjoy the process as the day will fly by!
With a first-class degree in Curating and three years of hands-on events experience, Rhiannon brings a sharp eye for detail and a passion for transforming wedding visions into reality. Since joining Lake District Country Hotels in August 2025, she’s worked alongside Tegan to coordinate a wide variety of weddings, each one unique and memorable.
